偶爾看到的文章，What would we be if women ran Wall Street?

結論幾乎一面倒說女人當家就萬事興，結尾還要故作持平地補上一句「最好當然是男女互補啦」。

文章的理據不外乎女人：1.) 沒有男人那麼具侵略性 2.) 不像男人般ego driven 而且更有責任心 3.) 較少受權勢腐化 4.) 更謹慎投資

在企業和國家機器之下，無論放甚麼人上去結果可能大同小異。公司政策要求你做某某決定，股東要求公司有若干增長，國家政策要求企業配合，如果相信換上另一個性別的人就天下太平，那當初換陳馮富珍代替楊永強，陳四萬換董突首，是否代表香港的SARS不會爆發呢？相信稍有常識都不敢苟同。我甚至不認為女人處理SARS會死少些人，因為整個危機的爆發和處理，跟性別並無太大關係。

不妨再大女人一點去想，假如day 1 就由女人辦Wall Street，會否更好？這個我不懂答，因為我認識的歷史，是由冷兵器年代體力等於權力的男權社會過渡至現在的熱兵器+溝通形像為主導的資訊社會，要突然無視前因強猜一個後果，很難得出有意義的結論。

反而文章所講女性特有的幾個優點，在現實社會並非必然存在。例如不少職場女性為了在傳統男性環境中表現自己，會變得比男人更陽剛，更aggressive以及更ego driven (否則大家就不覺得她有leadership)。而女人間爭風呷醋的內鬥，隨時比男人明刀明槍來得更辣。

所以，來佬貨的新聞也不一定是好野，幸好入面d comments 比較有sense，否則米國真係無救了。
